The  26SA standalone access control unit provides an effective and inexpensive solution to access control requirements without the need for secondary controllers, software or expensive cable runs when interfaced with a CPE\APE auto gate.  A “touch” of the card on the stainless steel face plate allows the 26SA to read the card and grant access to the parking facility.

SPECIFICATIONS

The 26SA card access control unit utilizes state-of the art electronics in providing a unit that is both inexpensive and fully programmable. The patented slotless reader is protected from weather and vandalism. Simply place the card on the stainless steel touch plate and the card is read instantly and without error. A green light indicates that access has been granted.

 

Power Requirements:

  • The  26SA operates from 8 to 24 volts, AC or DC, and consumes less than 200 milliamps.

  • Latch SPDT Contact, 115V AC or 28V DC, 3A Maximum.
  • Alarm Shunt SPDT Contact, 115V AC or 28V DC, 2A Maximum.
  • Tamper SPDT Contact, 115V AC, 2A Maximum (Optional). 

Environment:

  • Ambient Temperature -40°C  to 70°C.
  • Humidity 0% to 90% relative humidity (Non-condensing). 

Operational:

  • Memory E2PROM (non-volatile).
  • Because the ENTRACOMP® 26SA has non-volatile memory, reprogramming after a power loss is a thing of the past. Validating and voiding of cards as well as other programming functions are easily accomplished from outside the housing using a few cards.
  • Card Capacity 3500 Cards.
  • Up to three facility code codes simultaneously.
  • Programmable  latch/alarm shunt timer from 1 to 30 sec.  

Size:

  • The 26SA card access control unit easily surface mounts to a single gang masonry wall, post or almost any surface.
