MAG-12 Small Profile Gate

General purpose automatic rising barrier designed for vehicle access control in public and private parking lots as well as industrial sites.  The MAG-12 barrier gate has been developed to provide low cost control in lanes up to 3.65m (12 ‘).

Description:

1. Seam welded cabinet is constructed from 10 gauge galvanized steel with polyester powdered finish for superior corrosion resistance.
2. Lateral door side mounted for easy access to mechanism.
3. Supports 3 –3.6m (10-12’) pine gate arms up to 4.5Kg( 10Lbs) or 10’ Titan Flex arm.
4. Electromechanical assembly including:
• 120VAC single-phase motor.
• Lubricated speed reduction gearbox with worm screw.
• Easily adjustable limit switches with controller overrun protection.
• Shaft configuration allows easy barrier model inversion from left to right.
• Built-in 250W strip heater.
5. Easily removable 10 IO PLC logic control to ensure automatic closing of the barrier either by detector and loop or by push button. Opening of the barrier by push button, card reader or wireless remote.  Controller provides for connection of two optional loop detectors.
6. Barrier anchoring by means of expanding bolts or threaded rods, thus allowing easy alignment with road-way.
7. Dimensions: 100cmHx33cmWx26cmD (40’x13’x10’).
