Designed and manufactured to the highest quality specifications with industry standard protocols, the On-Line HC Access Controller may be integrated with most lane and door control devices and is available in either a two or optional four reader configuration.  The HC Access Controller offers a superb solution to  control of gates, barrier and pedestrian doors.

 

Each controller control is provided with a full featured Windows access control module to provide simple but flexible management and reporting of the hardware components.

Access Privileges

Access Privilege configuration allows the administrator to assign privileges to specified cardholders. For example, you may have a Master access privilege, persons with this privilege would have access to all vehicle lanes and access doors, whereas other groups or individuals may have restricted access by time or entry point .  HC Access Control Software permits the administrator to create up to 255 access privilege groups.

 

Photo ID Badges

Create custom badges with ease. Import your company logo as a background. Define which fields you would prefer to have on your cards, or customize specific fields, save as a template, and simply print card.

 

Cardholder

Record pertinent information of cardholders by using standard fields like Name, Employee Number etc. or

customize headings for any of the many fields. You have the option of viewing cardholders in a grid. A powerful search feature allows you to search against any of the defined fields, or you may sort cardholders by last names, first names or card number.

 

Reports

Easy to use predefined reports will allow the system administrator to quickly review system configurations or system activity. Run a report on users movement or door activity etc.

 

Fully Distributed Processing

HC Access Control Software has been designed as a distributed system, where individual components will not compromise the integrity of the entire system. Protector controllers will operate 100% independently. If communication to your server PC is unavailable, each controller will store 2,000 events in the memory of the controller until communication is restored.

 

CCTV INTERFACE

This feature may be used to trigger a CCTV Camera by an  access control event. For example, if a

door is forced open and there is a security breach at your facility the “HC Control” software can

recognize where the breach occurred, and communicate a command to the camera switcher to

activate the camera covering that vicinity.

 

Communication Protocols

HC Access Controller can communicate by various communications, i.e., LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), Dial up.

  • On Board Power Supply for powering panel and readers.
  • Battery Back-Up Circuitry by 12VDC 7 Ah battery
  • 2 Request to Exit Inputs, 2 Door Contact Inputs, 2 Door Lock Outputs
